For the past 17 years, Tim has worked shoulder-to-shoulder with hundreds of remodeling companies, large and small, to help improve profits by creating smooth, efficient production systems. Tim has interviewed and worked with countless owners, employees, stakeholders and vendors as he travels across the continent consulting with some of the most successful remodelers in the industry. As a Senior Consultant and “Master of Production” for Remodelers Advantage, Tim’s field and business ownership experience is vital to his additional role as facilitator for Owner and Production Manager Roundtables Groups. In addition to being a published author and very popular industry speaker, Tim is Co-host of The Tim Faller Show, a weekly podcast focused on “Improving The Bottom Line Through Production Training…”

I am a Production Consultant with Remodelers Advantage. I started as a bags-on career carpenter and evolved into management, first as a Lead Carpenter and then learning production management through site supervision, project management, sales, and estimating. My most recent experience has allowed me the great opportunity to work with other companies as a consultant, share my experience, and be their resource to help make their processes and systems better. I am elated by the fact that I wake up every day and think about ways to make this already fulfilling industry better for others, especially in production, project management, and estimating. I enjoy learning about emerging technologies for the residential construction world, as well as being up to date in building science and construction best practices.
