Effective Scheduling for Remodeling Professionals

Creating and hitting a schedule for a remodeling project has always been a challenge, but in the last few years those challenges seem to have doubled. However, the importance of scheduling has not changed.

In this Masterclass we will be hitting the basics of scheduling for anyone that may be inexperienced but will quickly move into some of the more complex details that can make a schedule a success.

The presentations will be seminar style with one session set up for you to bring up your problem and get feedback from others on how to solve it. 

Once we have “mastered” the job-by-job schedule, we will discuss blending them into the master schedule to aid in projecting resources needed.
