Now Let’s Get You Ready for 2022!

This series of three, two-hour sessions will get you ready for 2022 with a complete company budget in QuickBooks (Desktop) to track progress towards your goals.

Because of the current COVID-19 situation, this MasterClass will be held virtually each week, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, for three weeks. 

You’ll Learn:

  • How to build three “what-if” scenarios in Microsoft Excel, transferring the most realistic one into QuickBooks.
  • How to calculate when income lands in your company (hint: it’s not equal each month) and how to estimate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) in line with projected income.
  • How to calculate your overhead budget to provide the greatest opportunity for control of those important costs.

About Your Instructor:

Judith Miller literally wrote the book on bookkeeping for remodeling companies. For more than 30 years, Judith has been working with some of the most successful remodeling companies in the US and Canada; first as a bookkeeper and then later as a consultant, author, speaker, instructor and facilitator.

In 1998 Judith wrote the first edition of the popular “The Remodelers ULTIMATE Guide to QuickBooks.” The manual is updated every two years and has been widely used to establish an elegant job cost accounting system to countless remodelers.

Since 2002, Judith has been a popular facilitator with Remodelers Advantage’s Roundtables program and is a featured speaker and contributor to R/A’s live events such as the Remodelers Summit and Master Your Remodeling Business Workshop.
