She has spent more than 18 years as a coach helping busy executives increase their effectiveness and business owners improve results with less effort. Peg develops very close relationships with her clients and helps them to do the same with their employees. Peg has worked with Business Owners in Construction, Remodeling, and Trades for 15 years, and works with remodeling firms from $1 million to $30 million in order to grow their leadership, team culture, and financial profitability rapidly while the Business Owner enjoys more life outside of work.

Pete has coached Business Owners throughout the Construction, Remodeling, and Trades industries since 2007 and has worked with remodeling firms from $1 million to $30 million across the country in order to grow their businesses through increased profitability, leadership skills, and team culture.
